REGISTRATION   FAQ

Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for training programs conducted by HR Spot. All students signed and accepted the admission and placement form during association with HR Spot are under these set of terms and condition.



Admission

a)    Complete your Documentation before taking admission(Address Proof, Highest Qualification Certificate / Marksheet,2 Passport Size Photo, 1 CV)


b)    Make sure your Placement Form and Admission Form must be filled.


c)    Fees are not negotiable in any condition.


d)    For any circumstances fees are not refundable.


e)    After Registration / Admission if you are unable to attend the class for 1 month without any intimation, the fees will be cancelled.


f)    First instalment should be paid before 7 days of class starting date.



Course Fee

The Course Fee can be revised by HR Spot time to time without any notice and it is solely decision of HR Spot. This fees does not include any hard copy of Training Course hand outs.


The Course Fee does not include accommodation, meals, travel or any other expenses that may be incurred by participants (except for lunch and refreshments at the training venue when explicitly mentioned in any Training Course description). The Course Fee does not include any other facilities or equipment that is identified as being provided by participants, for example participants are required to provide a laptop for the lab elements of the Training Course.



Fees Payment & cancellation policy

a)    Please understand the payment structure during taking admission.


b)    While payment in EMI 200/- will be added per instalment.


c)    Service Tax of 14% and .5% of Swaccha Bharat Tax will be added in the fees.


d)    Clear your queries related to EMI amount during admission.


e)    Late fees of 500/- will be counted for each 7 days.


f)    If anybody wants to pay through check, the person have pay the check 7 days before of due date.


g)    At any circumstances Late Fee cannot be forbidden.


h)    In case of EMI payment Number of Days will be considered to calculate the next EMI date, Number of classes will not considered.


i)    Number of class will consider for Pay per Class.


j)    For personal reason HR SPOT will not extend the due date.


k)    HR SPOT will not be responsible for remind everyone for due date.


l)    No training fee will be refunded once paid.



Code of Conduct

a)    Please maintain the Punctuality.


b)    Dress Code will be Semi Formal and smart casual. Please maintain the Dress Code.


c)    Please do not harm any property of HR Spot.


d)    If you are not able to attend any class give intimation through electronic media (Whatsapp/Mail/Message) or call.


e)    Please maintain the attendance register every day.


f)    If you have any complaint against anything writes down it into Complaint Register.


g)    If you want to repeat any class or to attend any missed class, you have to intimate through mail only & you have to write down into the register. No students will be allowed to the class without any mail request, followed by approval of HR Spot.


h)    Do not use the HR Spot Whatsapp Group for personal conversation.


i)    No student will be allowed in any other batch without any prior approval.



HR SPOT Responsibility

a) HR Spot is not responsible to intimate individual students for any schedule of classes. Any such intimation will be notified either electronic media (Whatsapp/Mail/Message) or in the Student Corner in HR SPOT Website or in HR Spot FB Page.


b) We are not responsible if any student is not updated about the class schedule.


c) HR Spot has the right to change of any classes due to any internal or external reason. For any request or query all students are advised either to use electronic media (Whatsapp/Mail/Message).


d) The classroom training will be conducted either in classroom mode or in digital mode as per the availability of faculty.


e) HR Spot will provide you Online and Digital Study Material. HR Spot will not provide any printed material. If you need printed material you have to pay for that.



Certification

a) All students have to qualify into Final Examination to receive the certificate.


b) Until unless the student doesn’t qualify in the Exam, certificate will not be issued.


c) Every student has to clear their payment to get certificate.



Placement

a) For placement Minimum 75% attendance must.


b) Every student needs to clear the Final test.


c) Every student has to clear their payment to get placement.


d) In case of written placement guarantee the student must have to maintain the following clauses. In case violation of the any one of the below clause the student will not be eligible for any placement assistance or assurance or guarantee. In case of violation of any one of the below clauses, the placement assistance/assurance or guaranty will be considered as null and void, even the letter of guaranty is provided.



i. HR Spot will only assist in placement after clearing of full training fees


ii. The student must have at least 75% attendance in the entire training duration


iii. The student must qualify all the examinations, tests, online or offline during and post the training with minimum 50% marks in single attempt and 3 attempts for the final examination to be eligible for provide an effort to provide placement assistance/assurance or guaranty. In case of non-adherence HR Spot will be not be responsible for any placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.


iv. In case of violation of any code of conducts HR Spot has the right to cancel the placement opportunities


v. In case of a student agrees but does not attend in any interview, scheduled by HR Spot, it will be considered as violation of code of conduct. 3 such cases will lead into permanent cancellation of placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.


vi. Non-attendance of at least 3 interview preparation sessions will lead into permanent cancellation of placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.


vii. HR Spot does not commit anything on time line, time limit or duration of placement assistance/assurance or guaranty. No of days to fulfil placement assistance/assurance or guaranty does not depend on HR Spot, as the same is an output of many other factors like availability of jobs, industry condition, skill set of the students, performance during interview, remuneration expectation matching etc.


viii. HR Spot will not be responsible to provide jobs in local area of his/her home location. HR Spot will provide an effort to provide placement assistance/assurance or guaranty as per the expectation of the candidates in terms of city/town; but job location expectation in terms of area/locality basis home location will not be accepted. In such case HR Spot will be not be responsible for any placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.


ix. HR Spot will provide an effort to provide placement assistance/assurance or guaranty as per remuneration expectation of the students; but HR Spot does not commit so or does not provide assurance or guaranty on the same.


x. HR Spot does not commit placement assistance/assurance or guaranty on any standard, size, location, turnover, no of employees, brand value etc. of the company. Placement assistance/assurance or guaranty will be valid for all types of companies irrespective of the brand values. Any student who will not agree to this point will not be eligible for any placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.


xi. Training gap imparted by a student for more than 15 days will not be accepted. In such case HR Spot will be not be responsible for any placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.


xii. The student has to submit, complete all assignment, home task, case study as asked by HR Spot during the training period. In case of violation in such cases HR Spot will be not be responsible for any placement assistance/assurance or guaranty, even the letter of guaranty is provided.



Confidentiality, copyright matters

To the extent the participant (customer) makes available hardware and software to HR Spot or the trainer, such hardware and software shall be treated with the necessary care and confidentiality.


The software made available to the participant by HR Spot or the trainer during the Training as well as the information contained therein are the exclusive property of HR Spot. By only attending the course, the participant shall not acquire any right to use such software and/or information other than at the Training.


All handouts and documentation (including examples, materials and any kind of software) regarding the Training, irrespective of whether they were made available to the participant in printed or electronic form, are protected by copyright in favour of HR Spot, constitute proprietary know-how and trade or business secrets of HR Spot.


These documents and the information contained therein are made available to the participant of the training for his/her exclusive personal use on the occasion of or after the training course. The participant shall not be granted any exclusive rights to these documents and information either, in particular no title. Any passing on, copying or dissemination - in whatsoever form - is not permitted and will be prosecuted.


If on the occasion of or in the course of the Training works are created which are protected by copyright, HR Spot shall hold exclusive title thereto. The participant (customer) shall only be authorised to use such works protected by copyright under a license agreement to be concluded in the individual case.


The training documents contain the status of HR Spot technology underlying the Training. These documents and the information are subject to future changes.



General

Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these terms shall be in writing.


If any provision of these terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these terms and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.



Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).


A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.


Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.



Entire agreement

These terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the purchase of Training Courses, Training Materials and Documentation and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.


We each acknowledge that, in entering into these terms, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to entering into these terms, except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.


Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of entering into these terms (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.



Our right to vary these terms and conditions

HR Spot has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
